What applies to your project

Open each section as you need it. Your quotation may include project-specific terms; where it clearly differs, the written quotation applies.

Our Production Process

Every project moves through review, quotation, payment, development or sampling where required, customer approval, bulk production, quality control and delivery or collection.

Production begins only when the required payment has cleared and Oyertur has the final information, materials and approvals needed to manufacture your order.

MOQ: 10 Pieces Per Design

Our minimum production quantity is 10 pieces per design. Different colours, fabrics, prints or major construction changes may be treated as separate designs for minimum-order and costing purposes.

A quotation may state a higher minimum where a fabric, trim, print method or production process requires it.

Payment

Unless your quotation states otherwise, 70% of the confirmed production cost is required to commence production and the remaining 30% must be paid before finished goods are released or dispatched.

A quotation, invoice or payment plan agreed for a specific project takes priority where it expressly states different terms. Bank, card, delivery and third-party charges are separate unless included in writing.

Production Timeline and Causes of Delay

Your estimated timeline starts after cleared payment, final specifications, approved sample where required, and all customer-supplied materials or information have been received.

Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Fabric or trim availability, late approvals, requested changes, payment delays, unusually complex work, logistics interruptions and events outside factory control may extend the schedule. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Sample & Approval Policy

Where sampling is included or required, the customer must review the sample carefully and approve the fit, measurements, fabric, colour, branding, construction and finish before bulk production.

Approval by message, email, signed document, portal action or payment authorises Oyertur to produce according to the approved sample and specifications. Additional samples or revisions outside the quotation may be charged separately.

Changes After Production Starts

Changes requested after a sample is approved, materials are purchased, fabric is cut or production begins are subject to feasibility, additional cost and a revised timeline.

Oyertur may decline a change that would affect quality, safety, completed work or the agreed production plan. Work already completed and materials already committed remain chargeable.

Customer-Supplied Fabric / Materials

Customers who supply fabric, trims, labels, artwork or other materials are responsible for their suitability, quantity, consistency, colourfastness, shrinkage and timely delivery.

Oyertur will use reasonable care but is not responsible for hidden defects, shortages, dye variation, shrinkage or performance issues in customer-supplied materials. Extra material should be provided for testing, wastage and replacement where advised.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Before production starts, any refundable balance is calculated after deducting consultation, design, sampling, sourcing, transaction, material and other work already completed or committed.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled for a cash refund. Oyertur will confirm what work and value, if any, remain available for another eligible arrangement.

Refund Policy

There are no cash refunds after production starts. Payments already applied to design, sampling, labour, sourcing, materials or production are non-refundable.

Where a project stops and an eligible unused balance remains after all completed work, committed materials, charges and losses are deducted, Oyertur may offer store credit or apply that balance to a new production project. Eligibility and value are confirmed in writing and are not guaranteed where costs have already been incurred.

Quality Control

Orders pass through in-line and final quality checks against the approved sample, specifications and reasonable garment-manufacturing standards.

If Oyertur confirms a production defect for which it is responsible, the appropriate remedy may be repair, correction, replacement, credit or another reasonable resolution based on the nature and scale of the issue.

Acceptable Production Variations

Garment production involves handwork, machinery and material behaviour. Minor variations in measurements, stitch appearance, print or embroidery placement, shade, texture and finishing can occur within reasonable industry tolerances.

Natural fabrics, dyed lots and customer-supplied materials may show additional variation. A minor variation that does not materially affect use, appearance or the approved design is not considered a defect.

7-Working-Day Inspection and Claims Period

The customer must inspect the order promptly and report any quantity shortage or quality claim within 7 working days of delivery or collection.

Claims should identify the affected pieces and include clear photos, video and any other information reasonably requested. Goods must not be worn, washed, altered, branded further, resold or otherwise used before assessment. Claims outside this period may not be accepted.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery dates and charges are confirmed separately. Risk transfers to the customer when goods are collected or handed to the selected courier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The customer must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the order. Courier delays, customs, duties, remote-area charges and failed delivery caused by incorrect details are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Uncollected Orders

Completed orders must be collected or delivery arranged promptly after notice and final payment. Storage charges may apply to goods left uncollected for more than 14 days.

If an order remains uncollected for an extended period after reasonable notice, Oyertur may take lawful steps to recover storage and outstanding costs. This does not cancel the customer's payment obligations.

Wholesale & Distribution

Wholesale and distribution orders are subject to the product availability, price tier, payment, territory and delivery terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or programme agreement.

Ready-stock purchases may have different terms from made-to-order production. Custom colours, labels, packaging or production runs are governed by this production policy in addition to any programme terms.

Custom Production

Custom garments are made to customer-approved requirements and cannot be treated as ordinary ready-stock returns. Pricing may change if the final design, quantity, fabric, sizing, branding, packaging or delivery requirement differs from the information quoted.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use every design, logo, artwork, name and other intellectual property supplied to Oyertur.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate specifications, quantities, size breakdowns, artwork, contact and delivery information; respond to approval requests promptly; make payments when due; and disclose any special performance or compliance requirement before quotation.

Oyertur is not responsible for an outcome caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late or unapproved customer instructions. The customer should retain copies of all approved files and communications.

Delays Outside Factory Control

Oyertur is not liable for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including power or infrastructure disruption, fire, flood, epidemic, civil disturbance, government action, import or customs delay, transport interruption, supplier failure or material scarcity.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and provide an updated plan where possible.

Customer Acceptance

By submitting or confirming a manufacturing request, accepting a quotation or making a production payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Production & Customer Policy and the project-specific quotation.

If a quotation or written agreement contains a project-specific term that differs from this policy, that specific written term applies to that project. Please ask us to explain anything you do not understand before approving or paying.

Ready to discuss your production?

Ask our team about any term before you submit, approve or pay. We want you to understand the process before production begins.
