Brief & consultation
Share your design idea, reference images, or existing samples. We review silhouettes, fabrics, trims, target price point and intended launch volume.
Design development
Our team converts your concept into a production-ready tech pack: measurements, construction details, fabric specs, colourways and finishing standards.
Sampling
We create a first-fit sample for approval. You review fit, fabric and workmanship, then we revise until the sample is signed off for bulk production.
Bulk production
Approved sample moves to the factory floor. Cutting, sewing, pressing and in-line QC are handled under one roof with agreed milestones and batch updates.
Branding & packaging
Labels, woven tags, hang tags, poly-bags and custom packaging are applied in-house so your garments arrive retail-ready.
Delivery
Finished stock is quality-checked, packed and shipped to your warehouse, store or fulfilment partner — ready to sell under your own label.
